Most electrical problems give you warning. A breaker that runs warm, a lug that has worked loose, a GFCI that has quietly stopped protecting anything, a smoke alarm years past its date. None of it is dramatic and none of it is expensive to put right, as long as somebody looks.
The Home Plan is one visit a year from a licensed electrician, and a set of things that hold for the rest of the year.
Home Plan, $189 a year
One full safety check and panel tune-up every year:
Torque check on the main lugs and every breaker terminal, to the manufacturer specification
Thermal check of the panel while the house is running under load
Every GFCI and AFCI device in the home tested
Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms tested and their dates read
Grounding electrode and the bonding at the water and gas lines checked
Meter base, riser and weatherhead inspected from outside
Whole-house surge protector checked if one is fitted
Exterior receptacles, covers and outdoor lighting checked
Double-tapped breakers found and corrected where it is a simple fix
Open knockouts and missing filler plates in the panel closed up
The dryer and range receptacles checked for heat damage
The circuit directory rewritten legibly, so the next person can read it
The EV charger circuit checked if you have one
A written report with photographs, sent the same day
And for the rest of the year:
No diagnostic visit fee. Plan members do not pay the $89 diagnostic visit on a repair call during standard hours. After hours, the $189 visit still applies and we agree it with you on the phone before we book

10% off repairs
Cancel whenever you like. We do not ask for the discount back
Home Plan Plus, $389 a year
For homes with a standby generator. Everything in the Home Plan, and:
The full annual generator service: oil and filter, air filter, plugs, battery and a load test under real load
15% off repairs instead of 10%
Same or next day when you call
Smoke and carbon monoxide alarm batteries supplied and fitted at the yearly visit
Generator installations include the first year of maintenance at no charge. Home Plan Plus is what carries it on from year two.
The small print, in full
Billed once a year. No joining fee, no cancellation fee and no minimum term. If you cancel we do not claw back the discount you have already had. The plan covers a single-family home you live in or own, and it covers you rather than the house, so it does not carry over to a new owner if you sell. It does not cover parts or repairs beyond the discount, and it does not replace the warranty on work we have done, which stands on its own: Lifetime warranty on labor and workmanship, plus up to 15 years on materials.
