The Generator Offer
Generator installations include the first year of maintenance at no charge. A standby generator only earns its keep if it starts on the day the power goes out, and that depends on maintenance: oil, filters, battery, and a proper run under load. Covering the first year means the machine is looked after from the start, and you get to see what the routine involves before it ever costs you anything. The offer applies to generator installations and to nothing else. It is not a free diagnostic visit, and it is not a discount on the installation itself.

5% Off for First Responders, Military and Teachers
5% off for first responders, military and teachers. It comes off quoted work, it applies whether the job is a single outlet or a whole-house rewire, and it does not need a code or a coupon. Mention it while the estimate is being put together rather than after the invoice is written, and bring something that shows the role. If you are not sure whether your job counts as quoted work, ask when you call and you will get a straight answer.

The Safety Check
Book any job with us and we will look over the rest of the house before we leave. The panel and its connections, the grounding and bonding, every GFCI and AFCI device, the smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, the meter base and the outside service.
You get a written report with photographs the same day. There is no charge for it, and there is no obligation to have anything we find put right. If something needs doing you will have it in writing, with a price, and you can decide in your own time.

The Surge Protection Offer
Whole-house surge protection is included at no charge with a whole-house service upgrade, or with a panel replacement that raises your home's amperage. Either job puts in a new panel, which makes it the natural time to fit surge protection there. A same-size panel replacement does not qualify. This offer cannot be combined with the 5% discount or the Generator Offer. The Safety Check still comes with the job.

Describe the Work: The offers apply to quoted work on single-family detached homes, so the first step is simply understanding what the job actually is.

Get the Estimate: You get free estimates on quoted work. The offer is applied to the quote itself, so the number you are shown already has it in it.

Bring Proof if It Applies: For the 5% line, anything showing you are a first responder, serving or retired military, or a teacher is enough. A work ID is fine.

The Warranty Follows: Every job carries the same warranty, whether or not an offer applied to it.

It applies whether or not an offer was used, it does not expire with a promotion, and it is the same warranty in every town the company serves.
