Our Warranty
Lifetime warranty on labor and workmanship, plus up to 15 years on materials.
That sentence is on every page of this website and it means exactly what it says.
The labor and workmanship part has no end date. If a connection we made comes loose, if a device we installed was not seated properly, if something we did stops working because of how we did it, we come back and put it right. There is no expiry, no registration and no claim form.
The materials part follows the manufacturer's warranty on the parts we supply, up to a maximum of fifteen years. A panel, a breaker or a charger carries whatever its maker stands behind, and we honor that for as long as they do, up to fifteen years. Parts you supply yourself carry whatever came with them.
What it does not cover, because a promise with no boundaries is not a promise:
Damage from something outside the work: a storm, a flood, a vehicle, a rodent in the attic
Work that somebody else changed after we left
Equipment used for something it was not built for, or a circuit deliberately loaded past what we told you it would carry
Parts you supplied yourself, which carry whatever warranty came with them
Normal wear on a moving part such as a fan motor, beyond the manufacturer's own term
How to use it. Call or text (984) 233-3519 and tell us what the original job was and what you are seeing. There is no trip charge on warranty work, ever.
Who it covers. The warranty covers you, the customer we did the work for. It does not transfer to a new owner if you sell the house. If you are buying a house we worked on, talk to us and we will tell you what was done and when.
Why we can offer this. A lifetime labor warranty is only affordable for a company that does not have to come back. It is a promise about how the work is done, not a marketing line.
